Updates for 2026:

NOTE: Whatever course you sign up for is your starting course, You can for sure shoot a second and possibly a 3rd. Once you finish your first course, come see registration for a second flight time. If it is after 1200, all courses are open and fair game.

1. If you have any issues or mistakes with your registration please email Hillary at hillary.nwmc@gmail.com - DO NOT register a second time. Give us time to fix the original registration please.

2. If you are registering for competition, please note that it is no longer 2 separate events. Competition is a 2 day event culminating in 1 award ceremony Sunday evening.

3. The competition courses have changed. We listened to your feedback and have changed the Saturday Course from Pure Elevation to the Mule Deer Foundation Course.

4. NEW for 2026: Lift passes and an event shirt are included in your registration fee.

5. Shoot times 8-930 am will be charged $10 / per slot per day.  10-11 am will be charged $5 / per slot per day.  After 11 am there will be no charge.  These fees will be added in addition to your registration fee.

6. Children ages 0-12 do not need to register, they are free and welcome to Shoot the kids course. Awards are Saturday Night. If you would like to purchase them a shirt, there is a place towards the bottom of registration.

7. We have kids course for children ages 0 to 12. This does NOT require any additional competition fee. Awards are Saturday night. If children 0-12 would like to shoot the larger courses with you, they are welcome. No flight time necessary.

8. On Friday morning starting at 0800 we will be doing a Military Branch Challenge. This will be on the onX Course (you must wear orange). If you would like to sign up, under Friday, select the onX Course, then Military Branch Challenge.

2026 Courses:
  • ~ Hoyt Course: Our Easiest course. Mostly downhill hiking. No shots over 60 yards
  • ~ Freedom Pouches Course: Still an easy course, however shots could be up to 100 yards.
  • ~ Mule Deer Foundation Course: Moderate Hiking, Shots that test angle shooting, shots up to and over 100 yards
  • ~ onX Hunt Course: Moderate hiking course, however shots could be up to 100 yards. Must wear orange.
  • ~ Born and Raised Pure Elevation: As the name says…Elevation. Be prepared for a long difficult hike with long difficult shots well over 100yrds.
Any registration changes or course time changes will result in a $10 fee.
